When will I see the first results?

You see the first data within days, but that is not a result yet. Judging a campaign fairly takes about 4 weeks, which is how long it takes to gather data and make the first changes. If your service is expensive and people take longer to decide, the full picture arrives after 2 to 3 months.

Who owns the ad account?

Yours. We open the Google Ads and Meta accounts in your company name and get agency access to them. The spend history, the data and the pixels stay with you, including after we stop working together. No strings attached: to part ways, you simply remove our access.

What does campaign management include?

We set up the accounts and conversion tracking, build the campaigns, write the ad copy and prepare the creatives. Then comes the regular work: testing new versions, excluding searches that miss, adjusting bids and budgets. We will not promise a number of customers upfront, because that also depends on your offer and your prices.

Do I need a new website before running ads?

You do not. We can run ads on the website you already have, as long as it opens quickly on a phone and says clearly what you sell. If the site loses people, we tell you before we start, because you pay for every visit. Fixing one page is usually cheaper than making up for it with budget.

Will I get campaign reports?

Yes, once a month. The report shows what you spent, how many clicks, enquiries and sales came in, and what one enquiry cost. We write it in plain English, without tables nobody reads. We also call you to agree what we do in the month ahead.

Is there a fixed term contract?

We will not tie you down for a year. The contract runs for an indefinite period with one month's notice and no penalty for ending it. We only ask for 3 months, because a shorter test tells you very little. When we part ways, the accounts stay as they are and we delete nothing.
