How long does an app take to build?

Usually 2 to 4 weeks from signing the contract. The exact date depends on how busy we are with other projects and on the scope we agree at the start. If we cannot fit your work into that window, we say so before the contract, not after.

What does the quote depend on?

On the scope: how many features the app needs, how many processes it handles and how many systems it has to connect to. That is why we price every project separately. After a call you get an offer with a price and a date, and what we agree goes into the contract.

Will another developer be able to take the project further?

Yes. We write code to PHP, SCSS and JS standards, so any developer can carry it on. Names and file structure are readable, with no private inventions that only one person understands. There are no closed tools that you would have to buy from us.

Will I see the project before it goes live?

Yes. We work on a test version and show you progress as we go, not only at the end. You click through the app, send us your notes and we fix them. We publish only once the tests are done and you give us the go ahead.

Who maintains the app after launch?

We can do it, on separate terms agreed before we start. You can also keep maintenance in your own team or pass it to another company, because the code belongs to you. Tell us which way you want it, so we know how to hand the project over.

How do payments work?

The price and the dates sit in the offer first, then in the contract we sign before any work starts. We do not begin until both sides know what it costs. If you add new scope along the way, you get a quote for it first and you decide whether we go ahead.
