When off-the-shelf tools can’t keep up with your idea, we design a dedicated app or system that does exactly what you need. We write code to PHP, SCSS and JS standards, with no private inventions in naming or file structure, so any developer can carry it on later, including one who isn’t us.
Data security, backups and documentation
A system sits in the middle of your company, so what matters is not only whether it works, but what happens when we are no longer around it.
Access to data
Roles and permissions are set so that everyone sees only what they should. Sensitive data is encrypted, and the scope of access for outside integrations is written down before launch, not after the fact.
Backups you can restore
Backups run automatically, but a backup means nothing until you have proved you can restore the system from it. We do that restore together with you before launch.
Documentation and handover
You get a description of the architecture, the logins and instructions for shipping changes. Handing the project to your own team or another company then takes one meeting instead of a month of guesswork.

Yes. The files and the code are yours to keep. We play no tricks and nothing ties you to us, so you can leave whenever you like and hand the project to another developer. We leave nothing in the code that only works while we are involved.
Usually 2 to 4 weeks from signing the contract. The exact date depends on how busy we are with other projects and on the scope we agree at the start. If we cannot fit your work into that window, we say so before the contract, not after.
On the scope: how many features the app needs, how many processes it handles and how many systems it has to connect to. That is why we price every project separately. After a call you get an offer with a price and a date, and what we agree goes into the contract.
Yes. Names and file structure are readable, with no private inventions that only one person understands. There are no closed tools that you would have to buy from us. You also get documentation, so taking the project over does not require guesswork.
Yes. We work on a test version and show you progress as we go, not only at the end. You click through the app, send us your notes and we fix them. We publish only once the tests are done and you give us the go ahead.
We can do it, on separate terms agreed before we start. You can also keep maintenance in your own team or pass it to another company, because the code belongs to you. Tell us which way you want it, so we know how to hand the project over.
The price and the dates sit in the offer first, then in the contract we sign before any work starts. We do not begin until both sides know what it costs. If you add new scope along the way, you get a quote for it first and you decide whether we go ahead.
