Automation
Why choose Ercoding?
Automation built around your processes from $500
We don’t sell automation blindly. We do the research: we walk through how the work actually gets done in your company today and pick the tasks where taking the load off gives you the most hours back for the least risk. The result is simple – the tedious, repetitive grind stops being yours, and you and your team get back to the things that can’t be automated.
What is automation?
Automation connects the tools you already use so repetitive tasks run themselves.
A form, an email, an invoice, a spreadsheet row, a notification: all of it can happen automatically in the background, with no copy-paste and no human mistakes. Where code has to be written, we write it to PHP and JavaScript standards, so any developer can carry the setup on later.
Data scope, control and upkeep
Automation runs in the background, so the questions that matter are: what exactly can it see, who stays in control, and what happens when it stops working.
Only the data it needs
Every integration and every AI tool gets access only to the data required for its specific task. We write the scope down with you before anything goes live, and the rest stays closed.
A person still decides
We automate what can be written down step by step. Decisions that need judgement stay with a person, and on exceptions the automation stops and asks instead of pushing on blindly.
When something breaks
Outside tools change their APIs and that is the most common cause of failure. The automation reports the error instead of going quiet, and we agree the terms of a fix up front, so you know what is included.
How we automate
-
We get to know your business
We look at the company from the inside: what you do, which tools you use and where the time disappears.
-
Process map
We write down everything that happens in the company and split it in two: the repetitive and boring, and the work where a person has to decide. We only automate the first group.
-
Offer and contract
You get a quote with the list of processes to automate and the result to expect. Once you accept it, we sign the contract.
-
Building the automation
We connect the tools you already use and build the workflows. Data access is kept to a minimum, the AI never gets the keys to the whole company.
-
Testing and rollout
We test every scenario, including the ones where something goes wrong. After testing we roll it out and stay on the phone. From then on the repetitive work happens by itself.

We are delighted to have found such reliable and conscientious people. We have a professional, modern, and beautiful website that catches customers’ attention 🙂 We highly recommend working with this company and are grateful that, even after the project was completed, we can still count on answers to any questions and the resolution of any doubts we might have 🙂
Ercoding has been handling my company’s websites for several years; they built a large number of them, and they currently manage around 20 WordPress-based projects for us. When working on the sales page for the book *Tacy Sami*, they proposed a design and—once I approved it—handled the entire implementation from start to finish. The site is performing exactly as expected, and we’ve sold a significant number of books through the store, so overall, I am extremely satisfied with our collaboration!
I highly recommend Ercoding! Great communication and punctuality, plus help even after the site was handed over—whenever I didn’t know how to manage the store or add products myself. I also received comprehensive instructions on how to use the site.
Working with Ercoding is a pure pleasure: total professionalism, excellent communication, and attention to every detail. The website was refined in every respect, and the results exceeded our expectations. I recommend him wholeheartedly!
Everything is fine: efficient communication and a quick turnaround; the website itself also meets my requirements and expectations. I highly recommend it!
I recommend Ercoding. Above all, the website works flawlessly across various devices: it remains functional whether I’m viewing it on a computer, tablet, or phone. The site is very clear and intuitive, making it easy to find the information you need without unnecessary clicking. Plus, the design is modern and aesthetically pleasing; it’s a joy to use and clearly crafted with care. Great job, I recommend it!
I highly recommend them, both the website and the online store.
Always available, helpful, and responsive to customer needs (with a very quick turnaround).

Frequently asked questions
We look for tasks that are repetitive, boring and monotonous. On the first call you show us what eats the most time in your week. We automate the work that can be written down step by step. Decisions that need a person stay with a person.
No. The AI only gets the data a given task needs, and it never touches your key company records. Everything else stays closed off. We agree that scope with you in writing, before we switch a single automation on.
Usually 2 to 4 weeks from signing the contract. How long exactly depends on how many other projects we have running at that point, so we give you the date after our first call. While we build, you can follow the progress and see where we are.
We do not work from a price list, because every company runs different processes. The cost depends on how many tasks we automate, how many tools we have to connect and whether those tools have a usable API. The number of exceptions counts too. You see the figure in the quote, before you sign anything.
The usual cause is a change on the side of an outside tool, for example a new version of its API. You report the problem, we check what changed and fix the configuration. We set the terms of that support up front, so you know from the start what is included and what is paid for separately.
Yes. The files, the code and the configuration are yours to keep. We do not use tricks and we do not lock anyone in, so you can walk away whenever you want. The accounts in outside tools are opened in your company name anyway, so there is nothing to migrate.
We work with the tools you already use. We connect to them through their APIs, and when something is missing we write the code ourselves. If the automation has to touch a website or a store, we do it on the WordPress side, so you carry on editing content yourself from the admin panel.
