Terms of Service

1. Services and requirements
The site provides information, contact and brief forms, comparison of two public websites or analysis of one website, and delivery of a requested detailed report. A current browser, internet connection and JavaScript are needed for scans. Necessary cookies support limits and verified report access.
2. Free comparison and allowance
Enter Website A and Website B, or select single-site mode. Both websites use the same scoring rules; input order does not lower either score. The tool examines public homepages and a limited resource sample. A pasted subpage URL is automatically reduced to the homepage, with query parameters removed.
The public allowance covers 3 distinct homepage addresses per rolling 24 hours. A+B uses two slots, then A+C uses the third. Alternatively, check three sites separately. Reusing an existing result does not use another slot. Authorised internal test networks may have a higher displayed allowance.
Limits apply independently to browser and network identifiers, so users on one network may share an allowance. A started analysis counts even when the target does not respond or a measurement provider is unavailable. The tool indicates available resumption. Do not bypass limits or automate bulk scans.
Recent measurements of the same URL may be reused to avoid unnecessary traffic. The report shows the measurement time. Results can change with page content, server load, network conditions and provider availability.
3. Understanding scores and AI
The 0-100 score uses Ercoding’s own weighted methodology, combining available performance, search visibility basics, connection security, usability and privacy signals. PageSpeed is one source. Categories, sources and coverage are described in the report. Missing data is not zero or proof of a defect. Partial results are labelled, and comparisons use comparable evidence.
Plugin count, page builders, logo format and unidentified technology alone do not prove poor quality. AI observations use supplied evidence, public text and available screenshots and are labelled. “Not found on the homepage” does not establish absence throughout the site. Brand compliance cannot be assessed without brand guidelines.
The report is indicative, not a legal audit, vulnerability test, security or accessibility certificate, ranking guarantee or sales guarantee. Suggested improvement directions need contextual professional review. AI may be wrong; report a suspected error with the result URL.
4. Detailed report and email
The score, summary and main differences are available without an email. To receive detailed findings, provide your own email and tick the required box requesting the report, accepting these terms and allowing individual email contact about the analysis and an offer to improve the website. We record the exact declaration, version and submission time. The private email link opens the report directly, without another confirmation screen, and can be reopened for 72 hours.
No spam or newsletter. The contact covered by the checkbox may include an individual offer for paid website improvements. Such an offer is direct marketing even when sent individually. Using the tool does not oblige you to buy services. You can withdraw permission for future email contact at any time by writing to kontakt@ercoding.pl, without losing existing report access.
User report access lasts up to 30 days after analysis. The restricted admin history retains websites, scores, dates and report records for up to 365 days. Current recipient addresses and declarations are associated with requested reports for up to 365 days from submission, request IP addresses for 30 days. Score sorting supports report handling, quality review and selecting relevant improvement offers for current contact declarations. Email submission or link use does not verify address ownership or ownership of the analysed website. Withdrawal records and older requests follow the retention periods in the privacy policy.
To withdraw permission for future contact, request data deletion or end report access, email kontakt@ercoding.pl or reply to the report email, indicating the relevant address and report URL. The privacy policy explains your rights, proportionate identity checks, retention exceptions and response periods. Keep the emailed access link private. After clearing browser cookies, you can reopen it during its 72-hour validity or request another email while the report remains available.
5. Acceptable use
Only submit public URLs. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, private dashboards, customer records or unlawful material. Do not use the tool to overload servers, bypass protections, send unsolicited messages or publish unsupported allegations about competitors.
The tool may reject private, local, inaccessible or prohibited addresses and requests affected by safety limits or provider availability. It does not log in, buy products, submit forms or change the compared website.
6. Starting and ending services
Browsing starts when you open the site, analysis when you launch it, and report delivery when you submit the email request. No payment or account is required. You can stop using the site and request deletion under the privacy policy. Closing a tab may not cancel a server-side measurement already in progress.
You may end report access by contacting kontakt@ercoding.pl. Using the free tool does not oblige you to purchase Ercoding services. The required report checkbox does not start an ongoing subscription.
7. Content rights and responsibility
Site materials and software may be legally protected. You may use report findings to assess your website and discuss them with your website specialist, preserving the measurement date, context and limitations. Rights to compared websites remain with their owners.
We work to support findings with evidence. Target website and measurement service availability is partly outside our control. These terms do not exclude rights or liability which cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including consumer protections.
8. Complaints, privacy and changes
Email complaints to kontakt@ercoding.pl with the issue, page or report URL and contact details needed for a reply. Do not send passwords or API keys. We respond within 14 days.
Our Privacy Policy explains data, recipients, retention, cookies and your rights. You can save or print these terms before using the tool.
We may update the terms for legal, functional or security reasons. We publish the current version and communicate material changes to ongoing services with appropriate notice, except urgent legal or security changes. An update does not create a new marketing consent. Applicable Polish law governs subject to mandatory user protections.
